Monitor patients who are having pain and coordinate the patients care. Follows safety protocols for safety of patients in the home. Assessment of the patients Pulmonary, Cardiovascular, Neurologic, Gastrointestinal, Genitourinary and Metabolic systems. Skilled nurses also assist in medication administration, infection control, pain management, and assessment of wounds and skin infections.
